Voters are to vote for not more than 1 candidate for each seat. Voters that live within the district can vote for any and all seats up for election. The candidates that win the election will take office on April 28, 2025. If the number of candidates is more than double the number of open seats for that area, a primary election will be necessary on February 18, 2025. (For example, if one seat is open, and more than 2 candidates file to appear on the ballot, a primary election will be necessary to narrow the ballot selection down to 2 for the Spring election.)
